Our company is an independent Contract Research Organization operating out of the United States that offers pre-clinical drug testing in top-notch, Good Laboratory Practices certified testing laboratories in Eastern Europe. Our research laboratories are sponsored by the UNAMS and Ministry of Health and offer support for for-profit development of new drug discoveries as part of their main mission. The CRO was created to offer the top-notch, lower cost services of these laboratories to new bio-tech companies in the U.S. and EU, thereby offering a smart option for promoting development programs quickly and at much lower cost than other commercial CROs. We offer a broad range of pre-clinical toxicology including medicine safety, chronic and acute toxicity, pharmacological screening, bio-availability , bioequivalence, and extensive in vitro and in vivo screening for anti-cancer activity.

Our preclinical CRO is able to price preclinical toxicology far below other CROs because we maintain a very low overhead in the U.S. and conduct all studies in Ukraine where personnel and facility costs are much lower. Our team in the USA is comprised of only of the company principals who deal directly with customers; we have no promotion costs other than our site, and no main offices, supporting staff or other overhead to inflate prices. We have much lower study conduct prices in Ukraine due to much lower labor rates and are able to offer our best rates for long-term and more complex pre-clinical trials where labor is the most significant portion of the overall cost. Since we utilize the same reliable international providers for animal models, reagents and laboratory materials as other CROs, we don’t have any cost advantage on these materials and so less overall cost advantage for very short-term pre-clinical studies. However, regardless of your trial protocol and duration, our goal is to provide our customers the best possible value for their investment.
